Telum understands that offering a competitive pay rate is essential for developing a productive and successful team of employees. Total compensation includes competitive wages and high-value benefits to include performance bonuses.

Telum provides a company sponsored full-service individual Health Insurance plan with the option to purchase a family plan at our corporate rate. Our plan has low deductibles and co-payments and offers a choice of selecting in-network and/or out-of-network providers. Our in-network providers consist of a very broad and robust base available throughout the United States.

Employees may also establish an individual-managed Health Savings Account (HSA) which helps employees save for out-of-pocket qualified medical expenses with pre-tax dollars. 

We provide company sponsored comprehensive individual dental plan through a widely accepted provider and offer the option to purchase a family plan at our corporate rate.

We provide company sponsored vision plan and offer the option to purchase a family plan at our corporate rate.

We provide 100% company sponsored life insurance coverage for employees, their spouse, and children.

We provide 100% company sponsored Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance plan.

We provide a 100% company sponsored Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plan.

We provide 11 paid flexible Holidays as well as paid time off (PTO) for all full-time employees. PTO provides a pool of days that an employee can use for personal leave, sick leave, or vacation days.

We provide a comprehensive 401K retirement savings plan with dollar-for-dollar employer matching on the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of contributions, with no vesting period. Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of investment options for you to choose that varies in risk and reward.

Employees may be eligible for referral bonuses for the assistance with the recruitment of future employees. Referral bonuses are awarded upon hire of the referral.

Employees may be eligible for reimbursement of up to 100% pre-approved work-related education expenses.

Company prepaid Work-Life Employee Assistance Program provides expert support services to employees and their families with a variety of life issues.
